Work with Zoë as an Art Therapist

For the past fourteen years Zoe has supported clients to find healing through art therapy. Zoe has worked with clients in groups or individual sessions, and currently runs her practice online. She specializes in working through difficult and complex issues of grief, loss, trauma and neurodivergence with adults. Art therapy is designed to help individuals express themselves and explore their feelings through creative processes, no skill or experience in art is required.

Art therapy can be deeply impactful for individuals who may struggle to put experiences or thoughts into words. Using creativity to process can lead to better emotional health, personal growth, and transformational healing.
